The Tool itself does not provide AI models or AI services. All AI functionality is provided by third-party services configured by the user.

2. Disclaimer
2.1 Relationship with OpenClaw: this Tool is an independent third-party product. OpenClaw Helper does not assume responsibility for the functionality, performance, security, or availability of the OpenClaw framework itself. For OpenClaw-specific issues, please refer to its official documentation.
2.2 Third-party AI services: all third-party AI model services configured and used through this Tool — including but not limited to OpenRouter, Google Gemini, ZAI/GLM, MiniMax, Ollama, and NVIDIA — are governed by their own terms. The user is solely responsible for any outcomes arising from their use.
2.3 Software provided as-is: the Software is provided on an “AS IS” basis, without express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or special damages resulting from use of or inability to use the Software.
2.4 User content and conduct: all content processed or generated through AI Agents using this Tool is the user’s responsibility. Users must ensure their usage complies with applicable laws and regulations.
3. License & Usage Rights
- After purchase, you receive a personal non-commercial license that can be activated on up to 2 devices
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or crack the Software
- You may not resell the Software or its license to third parties
- By purchasing, you accept these terms. All sales are final and non-refundable
4. Intellectual Property
The code, UI design, and related content of OpenClaw Helper are owned by Laputan YAO. The name “OpenClaw” and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. Use of those names does not imply trademark authorization.
5. Changes to Terms
The developer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
